eco days out terms & conditions
1. Your ‘innocent Eco days out voucher’ entitles one person free admission or a free session at participating venues when accompanied by another adult paying the full admission price.
2. This offer excludes equipment hire.
3. The length and type of the activity at participating venues varies and will depend on the type of activity and venue chosen.
4. Your entry to participating venues is subject to the terms and conditions of that particular venue. Some participating venues may impose age, height, weight, or group restrictions so please check with the venue direct before you visit. Visitors under the age of 18 may have to provide parental consent to take part in an activity.
5. Some activities may require a certain level of fitness or ability. Please check with the venue when making your booking. If you are suffering from any medical conditions or injury, don’t forget to consult your doctor before participating. You may also be required to complete a health form.
6. For some activities, insurance permits or other extras may have to be purchased to ensure your safety. Most venues provide their own public liability insurance, however you may wish to take out your own private insurance cover. You should also check that any existing personal insurance or other relevant policies are not negated whilst participating in any of the activities.

The prize draw entry and Stay Organic vouchers are open to all UK and ROI residents who have bought a special promotional innocent smoothie, have ‘planted 3-4 trees’ before 31.08.08 and are over 18 years old.

How to enter
1. Plant 5 or more ‘innocent trees’ before 31.08.08 and you will get a link to the ‘4-5 Trees’ Tab. Simply click on the ‘Prize Draw’ section in the tab and you will be automatically entered into the draw.
2. For all residents of ROI and Northern Ireland, there is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You can also enter by sending in your full name, address, date of birth and contact telephone number on a plain piece of paper to: Innocent Smoothies Prize Draw, Leapfrog Group Ltd, Nelson House, Park Road, Timperley, Cheshire WA14 5BZ. One entry per stamped envelope.
3. All online entries, from planting 5+ trees, must be received by the closing date 31.08.08 by 23.59. All postal entries need to be received by 01.09.08.
4. No multiple or third-party entries will be accepted.
5. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of innocent drinks Ltd, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected to the draw.
6. There is 1 prize in total. The prize is a year’s supply of innocent smoothies.
7. No cash or alternative prizes are available.
8. The winner will be drawn under independent supervision and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.

1. The accommodation voucher entitles you to the offer stated on the voucher, this can be either:
One night’s free accommodation – This entitles two people sharing a standard twin or double room for one free night’s stay at a participating Organic hotel (on a bed and breakfast basis unless otherwise stated)
OR Free accommodation – This entitles two people sharing a standard twin or double room to up to three consecutive nights' free accommodation at a participating hotel. For each night’s stay, one breakfast and one evening meal per person will be charged (even if not taken), the room itself is provided free of charge - the combined rate for breakfast and evening meal per person is specified in the website listing
OR 2 for 1 accommodation – This entitles two people sharing a standard twin or double room for two consecutive nights’ accommodation for the price of one at a participating hotel (on a bed and breakfast basis unless otherwise stated) - the rate that applies per couple per night (including breakfast unless otherwise stated) is specified in the listing. This rate is the price that two people pay for two nights. This offer is open to customers aged 18+ only.
2. A credit card booking or deposit may be required at some hotels prior to your stay.
3. Single room supplements apply. Any supplementary charges, additional people (more than two), drinks and other extras are not included in the offer. Accounts must be settled in full upon departure.
4. In the unfortunate event of a cancelled booking, by you, it will be at the hotel’s discretion to refund any deposit paid. You need to check the hotel’s cancellation policy at the time of reservation.
